I enjoy sports, health and fitness my whole life. I grew up playing a variety of sports including football, racquetball, basketball and hockey were some of my favorites. As I became older I played more ice hockey and tennis. I Pursued a career in healthcare and became a physical therapist. I have a strong knowledge base in exercise, biomechanics, kinesiology and injury prevention which I use regularly. I have become a effective communicator with both my clients and other healthcare workers. I enjoy teaching and helping others achieve their goals.
A good day for me starts off with a "workout". It helps me not only physically but mentally get ready for the day. This practice has become a more important part of my life and something I try to share with others. As a practicing physical therapist working in an out patient clinic for over 30 years I establish exercise programs to help my clients recovery from illness or injury one on one and group sessions. Working with them to achieve their optimal health or personal goals. I have seen exercise help clients over come obstacles and change their lives. Establishing exercise programs for all level of fitness with the focus safety. I believe their is a save exercise program for everyone!
