Hello! I've been practicing Yoga for 10+ years. In 2017, I took my journey into teacher training in Colorado Springs after I honorably separated from military service. I thought it would help me accelerate my transition to a normal life and I think it certainly helped. I've lived all over the United States and recently settled down in the Pacific Northwest with my husband and daughter. I enjoy paddle boarding, gardening, hiking and working out.
I teach Vinyasa Yoga. Vinyasa connects individual poses with deep breaths in a flow or sequences of movement. My classes are designed to progressively open and strengthen the body. Each sequence in my Vinyasa classes build upon the previous, resulting in more advanced postures as the practice unfolds. All fitness levels and experience levels can gain something from practicing Vinyasa with me. A single class can be modified to stand along as a full body workout or can be modified to supplement or complement an alternative fitness regiment.
I am also trained by SPENGA to teach strength and spin, which I enjoy immensely.
