 Hello,

my name is Anaïs and I started practicing and studying yoga almost 10 years ago and then I got certified in 2018. Since then I started teaching on studio and wellness clubs and as a self-employed teacher to a small number of clients.

Just after getting certified as a teacher I have traveled to Thailand and during my trip I offered classes on the beach to turist people and it was fun and an enriching experience and I am now eager to repeat that offering my services to resorts, hotels or wellness center around the world.

I love offering my experience and knowledge and I consider myself a focused and progressive-minded , constantly in tune with my industry developments.

It would be of your interest knowing that I am able to teach classes in three different languages if needed: English, Spanish and a less required Italian.
