Katie McCarroll

Hi, I'm Katie. I'm 32 and I currently live in TN with my large dog roommate, Hank.  I have a career in Telecom outside of the gym, but working out is my stress relief and my sanity check. 

I have loved kickboxing since I stepped into that first class. My passion grew over the years until I decided to get certified and become an instructor. I love getting people laughing, sweating, and fired up in class.
