Shannon Fable

Shannon (Griffiths) Fable, 2006 ACE GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR OF THE YEAR, is the founder and CEO of Sunshine Fitness Resources. Shannon is an international presenter and Master Trainer for several well known companies including Nautilus Health & Fitness Group, BodyBar, BOSU, and ACE. Additionally, Fable consults for CorePole, Urban Rebounding, Balletone and Exel Sports/Nordic Walking on educational products and programming and conducts continuing education workshops all over the world. After several years with Crunch Fitness in Atlanta, GA, Fable relocated to Boulder, CO in 2002 where she is the Group Fitness Director at Lakeshore Athletic Club. Fable is a CEC provider for ACE & AFAA.
