Camille (she/her) arrived at the practice of yoga through a dear friend who invited her to a Hot Yoga class over 10 years ago and ever since she has been enamored in the ways she continues to learn and grow through yoga. Dear to her heart are the practices of Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga, but without question she is always ready to move with you in any asana practice.
Camille shares this practice with any who inquire as she hopes to create a space, along with others, that allow for everyone to “just be'' and embody their practice. Her classes offer a welcoming space to become more present as her principle intention is to share the practice in a way that leads to the exploration of the interconnectedness of breath, body, and mind.
