I am a lifelong chaser of health and well being. My fitness journey began in a step aerobics class when I was 18 years old and progressed from there to teaching group fitness, training and competing in running events, mountain biking, yoga, and hiking.  I currently work as a wellness director at a community with mostly retirees and serve as their group fitness instructor and personal trainer.  In addition, I freelance by developing adaptive fitness classes for clients with mobility challenges.  I have my yoga certification as a 200 RYS and working towards my 500 RYS. I have many years of experience teaching group fitness and wellness. I also enjoy vegetable gardening and hiking at my home in the beautiful mountains of NC.
