I have been teaching Group Fitness and Yoga classes for 15 years. During the day, I'm a busy IT Project Manager for the City of Saskatoon, but in the evenings when I'm not running kids to a hockey rink or the ball diamond you might find me at a local fitness facility teaching.
I started my teaching journey in 2017, starting with high impact group fitness classes & spin. After a few years my body needed a better balance, so I took my Fitness Yoga Teacher Training and the journey has not stopped. I have recently completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training The balance it brings to my mind & body is now something I cannot live without, and I'm excited to share this practice with you! I teach hatha, vinyasa flow & yin styles of yoga and my classes will often mix these styles together, depending on my participants and what they need that day :).
Outside of yoga I love teaching Boot Camp classes and strength training classes for coworkers and members at local fitness facilities.
