Kelly’s love for fitness health began with a career as a professional dancer. She attended Interlochen Arts Academy as well as Marymount Manhattan College. Ultimately, she was a member with several dance and entertainment companies in Denver, New York City, and Internationally. For the past twelve years she has been working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, group instructor, and as a regional manager. She has been a master trainer for barre trainings for the Yoga Pod clubs. In addition, she has taught a variety of fitness styles including barre, pilates (mat & reformer), yoga, sculpt, cycle, bootcamp, and cardio dance. Kelly has her national group fitness certifications from American Council of Exercise (ACE), as well as Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFFA.) Her personal training certification is through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and she is a certified yoga instructor through the yoga alliance. Kelly has worked for fitness companies including Orange Theory Fitness, AKT, Barre3, Wellbridge Athletic Clubs, LifetimeFitness, and Chuze Fitness.
