Hello ,
My name is Allison and I have been teaching aerobics for 10 years. I teach 3 times per week at the YMCA, spin, bootcamp and cardio core! In the past, I have taught at Ascendo Fitness in Sydney for 2 years and am currently adding a class at the local Cross Fit Gym (Per Adua) for the fall.
I have a passion for fitness and love learning and keeping up with the latest fitness craves!
At the YMCA, I have been fortunate to enroll in all their training sessions including fitness and nutrition. As a YMCA instructor for over 10 years, we are re-certified in all expertise of fitness instruction.
Currently, I am learning the YOGA certification and am looking forward to adding that to my curriculum.
