I love helping women become stronger and feel more confident. I am Canadian Fitness professional who has worked in the fitness industry for 20 years. I have been Stott Pilates certified in Pilates since 2010, and a Canfitpro certified Personal Trainer since 2004, and a Canfitpro Group Fitness instructor since 2002 and am also a Canfitpro certified Healthy Eating & Weight Loss Coach. Last year, I also became certified as a Pumped up Strength instructor through Savvier Fitness.
I am also a mom to two busy boys, and want to be a healthy role model for them. Daily exercise helps me to be a strong and energetic mother; I love helping other women discover they can feel this way by incorporating exercise into their lives.
Fusion fitness is my favourite way to teach movement. I love blending Pilates, barre, strength and cardio intervals into my programs and workouts to create a unique workout experience that feels good and strengthens body and mind.
I want Exercise to be joyful experience for those I teach.I aim to create an atmosphere where participants all levels can challenge themselves and get stronger in my workouts.
