I have been a Yoga for the past two years. It all started with a lifetime love for wellness and years and years of suffering with digestive problems but not being able to figure out why. While living abroad as an international educator, I was still struggling with my digestive issues while also starting on a new wellness routine that included yoga, dance, and eating a plant-based diet. Over some time, I realized that my stomach issues completely subsided! I was ecstatic and knew I wanted to share what I discovered on my own with anyone in my network. I say that all to say, my passion for group fitness instruction includes promoting a holistic lifestyle to others, leveraging body movement to eliminate stress and improve digestion, and leveraging vibrant locations to foster healing for all.
