As yoga expanded my awareness, I became compelled to share my love of the outdoors with others and to try to inspire motion in my loved ones and strangers so that they could experience the great outdoors and enrich their lives. Sharing of yoga in conjunction with being outdoors is the harmonious blending of these two sources of wellbeing.

As a runner, I have completed the Peachtree Road Race over 20 times, numerous 5k and 10k events, as well as half and full marathons.  As a cyclist, I have completed BRAG and multiple other distance rides up to 100 miles in length. As a hiker/backpacker I have traversed all 77 miles of the AT in Georgia, the length of the AT inside the Great Smoky National Park, the Grandview Trail in the Grand Canyon, the Highline Trail in Glacier National Park, the Teton Crest Trail, the Southern Presidential range of the White Mountains, various trails in the Pyrenees and in the Bernese Alps of Switzerland and many more.  As a kayaker, she has paddled the Satilla, the Chattahoochee, the Altamaha, the Ocmulgee, the Ogeechee, the Flint, the Etowah as well as across the intercoastal waterway to camp on uninhabited barrier islands.

The mantra I want to share with you is KEEP MOVING.
