Caitlin Eccleston

My name is Caitlin Eccleston , I live in Orange County, California and have been practicing hot yoga for ten years. Over the last two years, I have been teaching at various studios through Southern California. When I'm not teaching yoga, I'm either playing beach volleyball or out in the ocean trying to catch waves. I'm super passionate about health and wellness and want to inspire people through out the world to be the best versions of themselves each day. I truly believe yoga is life changing.
