I have a very busy life and taking care of my health is important to me!! I keep going even if it’s hard but I also know when I need to slow down! Fitness and healthy living are my passion’s and I love guiding and teaching people to live their healthiest, best lives! I have been doing this routinely for 20 years! I am a personal trainer, group fitness, spin, yoga and Pilates. I will never stop working out and I love inspiring others to do the same!!
