Have instructed group fitness classes since 1995; specializing in step, double step, hi/low, weight and aerobics combo classes, and body pump.
By day, I am a certified public accountant; licensed in NC (April 2000).
I create fun, lively classes that cater to my participants. My philosophy is form and safety first; FUN ALWAYS! I am most known for intense work-outs but can cater to all fitness levels.
