Hello, my name is Kayla! I have had a passion for health, wellness, and fitness from a young age. I have been involved in sports since childhood, adolescence, and even adulthood. I graduated in 2015 from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a concentration in Exercise and Sports Science. While there, I was involved in the Exercise Science Association and Temple Women's Club Soccer.
I have worked in the health and wellness industry for over 7 years and have been an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor for over 4 years. While working in the industry, I have received awards including: Smart CEO Healthiest Company Award Winner, Employee of the Month, and American Heart Association “Fit Friendly” Company.
My class focus is primarily total body, boot camp, strength, Tabata, HIIT, and cardio strength. In my classes you can find a challenging workout out, encouraging energy + a great playlist! I love helping people discover how strong their bodies and minds are and how much they are capable of doing! I believe movement is medicine.
