I am an AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor since January 2007. I currently teach Les Mills Body Pump and freestyle step aerobics. Previously I have taught circuit classes, aqua aerobics, and pilates. I began my career teaching at a military base, primarily to soldiers and their family members before I moved to Colorado where I have taught at the YMCA for ten years. I love teaching fitness and forming connections with the members, seeing their growth and mastery of new skills as they take care of their bodies.
