Nina Regalia

I have been in the fitness industry for 7 years and really enjoy the teaching. My passion is teaching Yoga, I have my own studio in Port Orchard,WA. My second passion is travel, so to put the two together is a dream!! I am also in the Wellness industry, creating health and wellness for my community. Before I got into the fitness I was dancing for 15 years, Ballet, jazz, modern and did choreography as well. Travel has also been a big part of my life, I have seen Jamaica, Columbia, Europe, Yugoslavia, Mexico and others. I have two children, 15yrs. and 11yrs. My husband is an actor and director in the local community theatre. I love the small town, but live close to the city of Seattle. I am looking forward to teaching Yoga with new people in other destinations! Nina Regalia
