Kulwant Kam Sidhu

I begin my yoga career in 2014 in which I loved motivating and truly enjoyed the experience, that lead me to my career in a fitness leadership program in 2018. I have always hd a passion for fitness for fitness, health and being active makes me feel mentally and physically strong.

I have taught many forms of different yoga such as Kids, older adults chair, Kundalini Yoga, Hatha and power yoga.  I am currently teaching yoga 13+ & teaching various group fitness classes, Personal training, Older adults classes & leading weight room orientations with the City of Surrey, Canada, BC & City of new Westminster, BC. I am a BCRPA member since 2018. 

I currently hold certifications in fitness theory, weight training, personal training, older adults specialty, indoor cycling, group fitness, FAME, Kundalini Yoga +500.

I have a passion for teaching, helping and being a positive role model.  I am in expert in injury rehabilitation having helped my father with his knee replacement rehab as well as my own whiplash shoulder injury. 

My hobbies: playing musical instrument, dancing, working out, reading, mediating, traveling, nature walks, spending time with my family, scrap-booking, exploring different recipes and food, making people smile.
