I first experienced yoga during my school years. I used the movement and breathing to help me recover from a car accident. I’ve always been curious about movement of the body and the inner workings of the mind.

After moving to Sydney in 2015, I knew I wanted to share what I had learnt. I teach because I want to help you feel confident in your body.

I’ve studied Aerial, Yoga, Meditation, Wellness Coaching, and Pilates. I see myself as a lifelong learner and I’m always adding to my educational toolbelt.

My classes are mobility focused, infusing strength and stability into yoga. You will learn to play with the patterns of your body and mind. I look forward to challenging you to move and think in different ways.
