Having entered the fitness scene in my adolescence, I have currently been involved in personal fitness and nutrition for approximately 15 years, and I can truly say it is a passion of mine. I have been employed as a personal fitness trainer and have worked one-on-one with clients as well as with small groups consisting of members ranging from adolescents to senior citizens. Additionally, I have been instructing yoga on a one-on-one and small group basis for approximately 5 years. Helping others achieve their fitness goals as well as learn how to maintain a healthy lifestyle is a priority of mine. I feel as though I have been fortunate to receive great advice and knowledge from other professionals over the years, and it is my pleasure to pass that knowledge on to others.
