Located in the historic Le Sueur Power House, Your Time Fitness Studio offers online health coaching and variety of small group classes. 

My dream and purpose is to provide the right tools to women who are ready to transform mentally and physically, despite whatever setbacks they have encountered or to create that new wellness journey for them. 

I started in the fitness business out of hobby of teaching fitness classes to women to get more fit through exercise. When my corporate desk job was getting in the way of my "FUN" job I decided to it was time to make the leap to open my own studio in our small town of Le Sueur MN.
