I’ve been a fitness instructor for 16 years and an 500 hr RYT.
After teaching Zumba for many years, so did my physical discomfort. One of my Zumba students taught yoga and encouraged me to try one of her classes.
After a few yoga classes I knew I wanted to teach yoga. Yoga not only has physical benefits to the body but also helps calm and heal the mind and spirit. I love guiding yogis through their personal yoga journey… even if it’s just for a short ride during a class together.
I enjoy traveling and experiencing new culture and places.
And if i can share my passion for fitness while exploring new places… what could be better?
