Sandy Orsund

Sandy Orsund is the founder of The Union, Wellness Boutique in Plymouth, Indiana. She is a mom, wife, educator, and coach that loves all things wellness and striving towards our highest self. She is dedicated to helping people, families, and organizations become who they most want to be!

Having served as an elite collegiate athlete, wellness educator, Health Coach, Personal Trainer, athletic coach, business manager, and consultant, she has acquired over 22 years of professional experience at the high school, collegiate and professional levels.  Sandy’s experience in the wellness industry has enabled her to travel the country as a guide and mentor who empowers individuals and businesses with support and guidance as they set goals and make sustainable changes that improve their health and happiness. Her ability to be a compassionate, enthusiastic, intelligent educator and coach allows her to provide her clients with experiences and mindfulness that exceed beyond traditional health program goals.

She currently serves the community through Personal Training, Health Coaching, Group Fitness Instructor, Acupressure and Reiki Energy Balancing at the Union; hosting off-site and virtual health and wellness workshops at businesses and schools; company lunch and learns; and retreats throughout the year.
