The Story so far………

I’ve been an active Zin for 11.5 years.  I’m more passionate about my teaching year on year.  I teach 3 Zumba formats Zumba Fitness, Gold and Toning.

I’ve had quite an amazing career including the following highlights:

-2016 I was flown to Zincon on an expenses paid trip where I was presented the Zumba Love Award by CEO Alberto Perlman for my charity work, including breast cancer awareness flashmobs.

-2017 I choreographed and organised a breast cancer awareness flash Mob at Zincon for over 200 instructors. 

-2018 already known to the two creators of the Zumba Gold programme for supplying Zins worldwide with choreography I received a FaceTime from Joy Prouty (co-creator).  I was asked to create and Present the world’s first Zumba Gold Jam at Zincon.  It was the most incredible experience.

-2020/21 I successfully launched an online Zumba business during Covid, keeping my students active and connected.  I have also kept a Facebook ‘Diary of a Zumba Instructor’ daily since the first day of our national lockdown in 2020!

- I have over 7000 subscribers to my YouTube Channel, Zumba Norwich

-2021 two fitness  awards:

The National Community Fitness Awards ‘Instructor for the East Region including London’

Muddy Stilettos Fitness Instructor 2021 Norfolk 

I am currently still working as a community fitness instructor and I continue to build my amazing Zumba Family ‘Team Rachel’ with all my heart and soul
