I have been a personal trainer at a YMCA branch for eight years. In addition I have trained runners for the Arthritis Foundation of Iowa to complete Marathons. And I have trained climbers for the American Lung Association. Upon completion they have climbed the tallest buildings in Florida and Iowa.
