Lauren Aune

I am a 40-year-old single mother who loves nature, swimming, reading, writing, sports, good conversation, funny people, and YOGA. I practice Bhakti and have also been sober for over 4 years. I facilitate an online community for women in recovery and offer my yoga classes online and have had clients from all over the world. I'm a writer and also offer creative writing and Artist Way workshops, which go hand-in-hand with the practice of yoga and self-discovery. I think of myself as a great "connector" and love to help people connect more deeply with their bodies and their true Self.
