I started my fitness journey as a dancer and became a fitness enthusiast/instructor in my 20s. Throughout this journey I have gone from a Group Fitness Instructor to adding Silver Sneakers, Les Mills, Spin/Cycle, Kickboxing, and more recently Pilates. I was the Activities Coordinator at two local gyms but after getting married decided to take a step back and just enjoy the instructing aspect. Currently I teach 8-10 classes a week: 1 Power Circuit, 1 Bootcamp, 1 Body Works, 1 Kickboxing, 2 Silver Sneakers, 1 Pilates and 2 Spin. I thoroughly enjoy teaching and engaging with the members. I have traveled to many of these island resorts and figured it was about time to incorporate my passion for fitness and well being with my passion for travel.
