Alison Sturgeon

I am married and have three children. I have a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah. After working full-time for a number of years, I have been fortunate to stay home with my children and pursue my fitness instruction passion. I enjoy snow skiing, boating, and scrapbooking. I also enjoy playing the piano and traveling with my husband.
