Jairo Sanin

Thank you for taking the time to read my bio. My name is Jairo Sanin and I've been teaching private yoga for several years. I teach classes that are customized to the group. I did my first teacher training at the Dharma Yoga Center in NYC under Dharma Mittra, a world renowned yoga master who has been teaching for over 50 years.  After my training at the Dharma Yoga I've completed several other yoga trainings to include a yoga Nidra training at ISHTA yoga in NYC, Yoga for Arthritis and Kidding Around Yoga at the Integral Yoga Institute in NYC as well as a hot yoga teacher training at Yoga Oasis in NY. The combination of these training and of course, my personal 6 day a week yoga practice has really been instrumental in my personal and teaching style.
