I'm a long time fitness coach and health professional. I started my journey in fitness and health as teenager when I became certified as a personal trainer.
I ran group fitness classes for years and have continued running bootcamps and stretch strengthening programs for the last 10 years. I recently added Pickle Ball coaching to my list of certifications. My fitness group wanted to learn so I began teaching them and now teach others at our local courts.
My certifications include Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Functional Medicine Health Coach, Group or Personal Fitness instructor and Pickleball Coach.
I've always been interested and involved in the fitness and sport industry since I was 8 years old and played competitive tennis. Throughout my life I've played and coached sports. In 2016, I went back to school to acquire my Nutritionist's training. At the same time, I re-started doing group fitness classes and have been running them in Vancouver ever since.
I like to play tennis, pickleball, HIIT, Pilates and bootcamp training for my fitness. My fitness goals and ambitions include growing my Health Coaching, Nutrition and Fitness business. I've doubled my sales every year (now in the six figues) since I incorporated my company and I plan on continuing to do so!
