AREA GROUP FITNESS MANAGER, EQUINOX TYSONS CORNER, VA 2021-PRESENT

Recruit, hire, train, schedule, evaluate and actively oversee over 90 group fitness classes per week. Teach 10+ classes a week in multiple formats.  Serve as Program Lead and content creator. Report directly to Regional Director of Group Fitness.  

AREA GROUP FITNESS MANAGER, EQUINOX FITNESS 2015-2021

Area Group Fitness Manager for all Equinox Connecticut locations. Recruit, hire, train, schedule, evaluate and actively mentor over 50 group exercise instructors and over 250 classes a week in all clubs. Teach 10+ classes a week in multiple formats including barre, pilates, running and athletic conditioning.  Report directly to Regional Director of Group Fitness.  

DIRECTOR OF FITNESS, POWER FOUR FITNESS — 2014-2015 

Completed 1 year contract to set up a treadmill fitness boutique in Westchester, NY. Designed and trained all coaches in cutting edge format. Hired, trained and completed payroll of all employees at studio including, front desk and sales associates. Taught 10+ classes a week. 

GROUP FITNESS MANAGER, CLAY HEALTH CLUB — 2012-2013 

Group Fitness Manger that opened and set up the entire Group Fitness department for a new health club in Greenwich Ct. Hired, onboarded and scheduled over 50 classes a week with a staff of over 20 instructors. Was in charge of budgeting and payroll for entire location. Taught 10+ classes a week. 

CORPORATE LAWYER, AIG, 1996-1999 

In-house lawyer for AIG in Directors and Officers Liability Division. In charge of legal education for all underwriters.
