Monica Massey

After having two children, I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis at the young age of 29. It affected all  my joints, was put on chemo medication and told I would be in a Wheel Chair by 40. I was very athletic and always playing sports at the time, but was getting really sick.

After 2 years of research, learning about my disease along with foods and exercise, I took control of my own life. I am past 40 and not close to being in a wheel chair. I realize the impact of sports was too much so I became a fitness instructor. I have motivated and helped many people changed their lives as well. I still suffer but no where near as I could be. I love to travel and have a lot of energy and motivation.

This sounds like a great experience for me and my husband especially since our kids are both away at university.
