I am an energetic, explosive, and dynamic MixxedFit instructor whose passion for health and wellness extends far beyond the aerobics room. As an assistant principal, I bring that same enthusiasm into education, striving to inspire and uplift those around me—whether in the classroom, on campus, or on the dance floor.

MixxedFit is a people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning. When the COVID pandemic began, I was going through a difficult time. Amid the uncertainty and chaos, living a healthy lifestyle became the one thing I could control. That experience deepened my commitment to fitness and wellness as a foundation for both physical and mental resilience.

As a fitness instructor, I aim to empower women to lead healthy, sustainable lifestyles that include daily movement, balanced nutrition, and the freedom to indulge in moderation. I believe wellness should be enjoyable, not restrictive. Many fitness programs promise quick results but are often difficult to maintain in the long term. I teach that with small, consistent lifestyle shifts, it’s possible to achieve and maintain your goals without giving up the foods you love.
