Shiraz’s holistic journey started as a young girl, skimming through her mother’s women's magazines in an attempt to find healthy tips about nutrition and wellness.
Her fascination with yoga started about 17 years ago when she took her first yoga class while living in Hawaii.
Ever since then, it has been a major part of her journey toward body positivity and self-awareness.
The journey hasn't always been smooth. She struggled with finding flexibility within her body and mind.
Facing those personal challenges and understanding the required patience and commitment, helps her relate to her students and guides them toward finding their "sweet spot".
Her classes are unique, incorporating an alignment-based approach, with an injury prevention mindset. Classes are fun, playful, and accessible to all levels.

Shiraz completed teacher training/advanced studies through Downtown Yoga, Pleasanton in 2010.
In 2020, Shiraz received her certification as a Wellness Coach. She is passionate about supporting women in reaching their wellness and lifestyle goals with her unique holistic approach.
In her free time, Shiraz loves spending time with her three boys, enjoying nature, and salsa dancing.
