Fitness has always been a part of my life from a young age with playing elite soccer and then volleyball. As a former collegiate athlete and current grass volleyball player, I love learning how to train my body for performance as well as everyday life. I have 8 years of fitness experience ranging from lifting, to yoga, to conditioning. Practicing yoga has given me the ability to incorporate strength, balance, flexibility, and breath into my daily life. I enjoy sharing my yoga knowledge with friends, family, and coworkers.
