Benjamin Compton

I am a Phd student and college instructor at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. I have been teaching cycle at the university fitness gym for 3 years, and I have been fortunate to have the highest attendance of any group fitness class. I am the creator of the Electro Club Cycle class, which involves choreographed movements to the beats of EDM, House, and Techno songs. Riders of my class enjoy the upbeat, dance-focused aspect of class, and often compare the workout to a night out on the weekend with friends.
