Errin was first introduced to Pilates as a dance major at the University of Texas in 1999. She saw how adding Pilates into her physical practice transformed her dancing and wanted to dive deeper into the method. In 2010 she was certified through Peak Pilates and started teaching. She led private, duet, and group sessions at Reform Pilates in Austin, TX for 11 years. During that time, she went back to school to become a physical therapist. Earlier this year Errin married her physical therapy education with her Pilates practice and opened All Pelvic Health, a physical therapy and Pilates practice focused on pelvic health issues and postpartum recovery. Her mission is to work with people through the continuum of care from relief of symptoms to return to activities to setting and achieving new fitness goals. In training, Errin focuses on postural alignment, balance, strengthening, and restoring proper movement to joints. She enjoys working with a wide range of clientele, from those just starting their journey toward a stronger, longer, more functional body to those looking to maximize their movement potential. Through cueing, Errin incorporates breath, coordination, and body awareness into movement. Additionally, Errin is a licensed physical therapist and specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation.
