I have been teaching and practicing Yoga for over 25 years. I earned my Master of Fine Arts Degree in Dance and I am currently an Associate Professor of Dance at Evergreen Valley College teaching Dance, including Ballroom, Jazz, Contemporary and Hip-hop. I love teaching others about movement of the body, whether the focus is on Yoga, Pilates, Dance or Fitness. I also teach Yoga and Pilates at Gavilan College, Morgan Hill Yoga Collective and my local gym. I teach various workshops throughout the Bay Area including Yoga in the Vineyard, Salsa Dance and Yo-Pi Fitness, among other classes.
Yoga is a daily practice in my life as it is a physical, mental and spiritual practice. This ancient practice helps to keep me grounded and living in gratitude and my hope is to share with others all that I have learned.
