Elizabeth Dennis

I have a positive outlook and enjoy connecting with others. I  love to travel with my family. We are active and enjoy being outdoors and exploring new places. My passion is teaching others, especially through yoga. I completed my yoga teacher training while living in India. I have extensive experience teaching a variety of yoga practices. I enjoy sharing yoga with students of all ages and experience levels. I believe in being an inclusive teacher, while providing proper implementation of techniques. I strive for maintaining strength, conditioning, and flexibility in my practices while supporting a student’s individual goals. I like to lead my students in moving their bodies safely in a way that will help sustain healthy habits through a mind, body, soul connection.
