I grew up in a house with a love for all things holistic and spiritual. My mother brought yoga into my life as a teenager, and I’ve been engaging in some form of yoga since. I taught in a public school as an ELA teacher for many years, and then in 2020, my mother and I added our 200 YTT to our resume. I see yoga as a place to be calm, to surrender to our breath and rid ourselves of the outside noise. Yoga is a judgment free zone, and each practice is unique to the individual. I am a “forever” student always looking forward to learning and experiencing new things on this journey. My style of teaching is a combination of vinyasa and hatha with a focus on body relaxation and stress management.
Over the last few years, I have added mat Pilates and ACE group fitness certification to my portfolio. I love teaching a variety of classes and inspiring people to feel good about themselves. Teaching group classes is a joy in my life.
