Personal Trainer and Athletic Coach with twenty-four years experience motivating clients, coaching students, and training athletes to reach their goals, and thirty-plus years as a professional athlete, and ten years coaching soccer, basketball and volleyball.  Possess a B.A. in Psychology.  Attained NASM Personal Training certification in 2003.  Looking to leverage my knowledge and experience into a role that would be best suited for your needs.  I started training at The Olympic Training Center at the age of 14 until age 19 and traveled the world competing for Team USA.

Managed classes of up to 50  people.  Trained one on one clients of all ages and fitness levels. Specializing in TRX training as well as an instructor for water fitness for all levels and abilities.  

Soccer Coach, FC America; Davenport, IA — 2014-Present

Coached boys and girls club soccer from ages U9-U18.  Coached U13 girls team to second place in the 2020 Presidents Cup and Regional Presidents Cup qualifier in 2022. Provided off season training opportunities for the entire club.

Played soccer at the high school, collegiate, and professional level.  Four time world champion, 18 time National Champion, US Open finalist 3x in racquetball; qualified for the US national racquetball team 1994-2000. United States Olympic Team Member for racquetball 1994-1999.
