LifeTime Fitness - August 2022 - Present Yoga Teacher and Group Fitness Instructor
I teach yoga classes at LifeTime Fitness in Johns Creek, Georgia and Lawrenceville, Georgia. I teach on average 2 - 3 classes per week. I generally teach a Vinyasa style of yoga, and I am able to adapt the speed or intensity of the movements to the participants in the class. I love teaching and I love interacting with the participants. I talk with them and try to learn the names of all the members who return to my classes. I set out to make each yoga experience fun, uplifting, beneficial, and safe. I select music that helps achieve this experience for members.
I also teach a Barbell format and a HIIT class format at LifeTime Fitness, coaching, motivating, and leading members into higher levels of fitness and power.

I taught a variety of class formats at Fort Sanders Health & Fitness Center in Knoxville, TN including Les Mill Body Pump, Les Mills Body Step, step interval, and sculpting/toning classes.

I taught a variety of class formats at Court South in Knoxville, TN including Les Mill Body Pump, cardio kickbox, step and step interval, and sculpting/toning classes.
In all these classes at Fort Sanders and Court South, I led the member experience with:
