Tara Bandemer

I am a mom of two very active girls, wife of a firefighter, physical education teacher, health education teacher, and staff wellness coordinator for Lake Park High School in Roselle, IL. I have loved fitness from a young age, realizing it's importance in my physical, mental, and social health. I hope to continue to spread the love of fitness and share it's benefits to as many people as I can.
