She has traveled to more than 40 countries for more than 20 years to educate and train fitness instructors.

In 2012 she was nominated "International Phenomenon" by ECA USA, prestigious American fitness school.

She studied Physical Education degree at the University of Barcelona. She has been sponsored by the most prestigious sports brands, being Reebok Global Ambassador, Nike Athlete, Fila Athlete, collaborating with Adidas in many events, New Balance, etc.She has the diamond disc in Spain selling more than 2 millions dvds of her fitness workouts.

Her first great triumph was to be chosen to present her work at the prestigious IDEA Convention in July 2003 in California. Her work as an instructor has been recognized inside and outside our borders and has been awarded at the most prestigious fitness congresses.

She has been awarded by the magazine Sport INTERGYMS with the "National Award for Sports” Merit INTERGYM'S ORO 05 as Revelation discipline.

She has been the technical coordinator and educator of the trainings of ORTHOS,Spanish Fitness School.

Personal trainer of famous people and artists. She has his own OPEN FIT fitness convention with his brothers.

She collaborated in numerous television programs such as Hotel Glam, Entre Líneas, Catalunya Avui, in the famous program of Operación Triunfo as a physical trainer for 4 years with Jose Expósito and "Do not be heavy", Spanish version of "the biggest loser" .

Creator of the choreographies of the fitness and dance program Batuka. She has made numerous appearances on television, magazines and the internet.

She is creator of the program XMOVE for Dir Fitness Clubs in Barcelona 2010-2014

One of her works was to choreograph the Flash Move for the concert of the Black Eyed Peas in Barcelona with the song "I GOT A FEELING".

She collaborates with magazines such as Bodylife or Trainer by writing articles about fitness programs, physical condition in different countries, nutrition, new trends and so on.

Jessica also stands out for her great professionalism and perfectionism, her special charisma, ability to reach out to the public and communication, which makes her have an enormous people skills.
