I have been teaching tennis for over 40 years, 38 at the Granite Club in Toronto Ontario. I have been a ranked junior and senior player and currently still play in a Men's competitive tennis league. My current role is Director of Athletics at the Granite Club with 130 employees and 225 coaches/instructors.
I am currently coaching the # 1 U10 plyer in Canada as well as other ranked juniors and adults including a player on the challenger tour when she is in Toronto.
I am a Member of the Tennis Professionals Advisory Council for Canada and have been a speaker for numerous national coaching conferences as well as the recent PTR/TPA virtual Symposium. I was the first Tennis Club Professional of the Year awarded by the TPA and have also received the Tennis Professional Association Tennis Service to the Game award. I am currently a course facilitator for the Tennis Canada Club Professional 2 and Club Professional 3 certifications.
