- I have been in the fitness industry for 18 years teaching Spinning and Yoga. I currently teach Vinyasa Flow and Gentle Yoga at Moon Drop Yoga in Tampa, Florida. It gives me great pleasure working with clients and teaching them breath work, asanas and watching them grow each weak in their practice. My personal yoga practice is very special for my mind, body and soul. Staying centered, being in the present, and calming our thoughts during yoga classes is extremely healing for our bodies. I hope to keep a yoga practice as long as I live!
