I am an outstanding exercise aficionado, full of energy, always with a smile on my face, I love to teach group exercise classes in a safe, fun and effetive way. 

Aside from group fitness classes, I enjoy playing volleyball (indoor and doubles beach), and swimming, I have been involved in sports and exercise activities my whole life. 

My passion for health, wellness and being fit led me to a series of conferences and workshops for the past 18 years, starting with indoor cycling in 2004, and from there to Cardio kickboxing, Sports Nutrition,  Primary Aerobics, Boby Bar, Water aerobics, Pilates , Barre,  Yoga, Bmax,  kids and teens programs, zumba, Les Mills Body Pump, Mossa group power, group ride, group fight, group core and R30. 

I find my job as a group fitness instructor to be extremely rewarding as I believe that when someone commits to coming to workout in a class setting, it means they really want to have a good class to remain healthy and happy, and I strive to  continue to contribute to the individual's successful achievement of their fitness goals.
