With a background in kinesiology and nutritional science, Rez is passionate about movement and nutritional education, wholistic wellness, and reminding people that time is a non-renewable commodity and attention is a limited resource.
Rez believes achieving your goals take more than just writing them down and hoping they come true (hope is not a strategy.) Through personal training, he aspires to help his clients implement the changes needed in order for them to stop hoping and start doing.
